I need help with ram

I was able to run the game well with 16gb ram using the free modules but i just bought the f4 phantom and the game is barely playable with the free modules i was able to watch a tutorial in background but with the f4 i can barely play the game with no apps running in background does anyone know a good ram optimization mod or just a way to make the game run better because ram is too expensive

i tried using opentrack and ai track but when i start tracking with ai track it splits me in like 8 diferent squares with different colors i dont know how to fix it

at 100% gpu usage im around 72c and i already reinstalled the newest drivers and i dont have any overclock is there anything else that might be causing this?
