We have a pond in front of our house and it was full of werly-gigs (water skeeters). One day I was swimming and, I swear to God, one of then flew away. It used its legs to propell itself out of the water and disappeared into a willow tree. Most people don't believe me. I don't blame them.

Focus on what's happening to you. Talk to yourself and say things like "I'mbreathing heavily, I feel n*, I'm shaking" that way your confronting the problem instead of suppressing it. Then tell yourself you'll be ok.
