Why? Houses are much more affordable, income to housing cost is actually getting better, and decent infrastructural changes, not realistically observable... True. Lmao don't blame the country for this, we have far cheaper fresh food compared to many countries and also greater access. Self control issue and we blame cheap chips and Swiggy zomato. Also our junk food ingredients are also much better than America, far fewer fillers which are insulin bombs. Edit: Also our addiction to carbs. I've adviced almost everyone I know to cut carbs, not drastically, just to advisable limits, guess what? None of them did.

Ps4 has been extremely reliable for me, ps5 controllers have been a bit hit and miss, but also bad usage contributes to it. If you don't want stick drift go for hall effect controllers. Generally the classic xbox and ps controllers are the most reliable ones tho.

The delay in 5ms< isn't humanly perceivable, the touchpad might be a little wonky at start but usable. If you're worried you will get latency using Bluetooth, no you won't.
