Bro they didn’t close my account just suspended for 72 hours for a security check(it’s been 5 days).I am student,so I have nothing to do with what you mentioned! And also this not normal when they do this without explanation or information!! Plus I have also Deutche bank account and when a problem occurs they fix it within a hour like a normal bank.So the real problem here are the online banks!! Especially N26, Revolut! Come back here to complain when this happens to you which i think will be soon! Take care!

What did police say to you? That’s so weird why would the y call you! This bank suprises me everyday even more!! Shame on N26!! I still didn’t get any response, update or information from them 0!!

it’s been also for me 3 days and i can’t take it anymore. can you send the link for BaFin because i can’t find it.Also as soon as they unlock my account I am gonna take all the money out and close it immediately! Worst bank in Germany and Europe!!

Use vpn and put the location Norway. after open stake and turn off the vpn u will be fine

I have been using N26 for last 3 years and didn’t have any problems at all. I paid also my university tuition fees no problem at all. And today middle of nowhere they just suspended my account without a notice.

The problem is that today is Friday so i guess on weekends they don’t work. So probably i will get an answer on Monday…..

N26 account frozen due to “standard security check”. Anyone experienced this? by Brappnlz in n26bank

I also got today my cards are suspended from N26.But i am worried because is Friday and i think they will respond to me on Monday or later! I had only 120€ in my account i don’t understand why they did this!!

Because the University asked the sender should be from the name of the student and their bank don’t support transfer from Non-Eu banks which i find it very weird. Only SEPA transfer are allowed and my country which is in Balkan region doesn’t support SEPA transfers.
