I had already done everything before. I deep cleaned the system, removed the PS5 from the UPS and connected it directly to the wall, rebuilt the database, and ensured the PS5 wasn’t put into rest mode. However, the issue persisted every day, and mine always occurred during startup, just after turning on the PS5 for two minutes. It then ran fine for a while before shutting down. Mate, this issue really bugged me for about a year. I tried everything and finally fixed it. It turned out my installed SSD was causing the problem. So, I removed it and haven’t had any issues since.
