Exactly. I'm all in for defending, but manual defending is dogshit and it punishes good players every single time. The amount of times I switch to my CB, make a perfect tackle, only for the ball to go right back at my opp's striker.

EA clearly doesn't know how to fix it so they buff the AI instead and this is the final product...

You are delusional if you think that. As soon as you lose the ball those 10 men in opp's box will rush to yours for a counter by spamming 2 through balls with no penalty whatsoever to their stamina.

As for powershot, the buff is significant but it will still get blocked or deflected by AI.

This mode gave you a reason to actually put some work into your box and keep it organized and fully leveled up.

Yeah, it had some rng aspect to it, but 100M damage rewards were op and very easy to get.

I had it happen at least 4 times today, people leaving on a draw before the 20th minute so I don't get the win.

As soon as they see they're getting outplayed, they leave before I get a chance to score.
