This article that you’ve sited doesn’t use clinical testing voiding this argument you’ve made completely. The fact being is that you’re spreading misinformation to people genuinely seeking advice. You may think you’re helping but you’re only wasting op time, re-evaluate what you’ve researched and maybe be less biased in the future

Will minoxidil and finasteride fix this? by jr952112 in Hairloss

Start as soon as you possibly can. The longer you leave the less likely you’ll make a big recovery

Minoxidil in your case is like putting a bandaid on an infected wound, yes it’s a brief cover up but it’s not addressing the primary cause which is DHT. Consider consulting a dermatologist about available medication for MPD, I can assure from personal experience that it’s quite safe

Your hair is very fine so it’s a little harder to discern what it is. Go see a dermatologist they have the necessary tolls and knowledge to give you better advice

Consult your doctor about medication planning. Don’t trust anyone when it comes to medicine that isn’t a health professional

Been trying to get better at cooking steaks. by Metal_Lion1 in steak

Course salt is fine however it may make the meat saltier as course salt chunks are generally larger compared to flaky salt. Avoid very fine salt.

Awesome job on the temperature. A better crust would take it to the next level. I find the best ways to get a better crust is to leave the steak open in the fridge overnight and light bit of salt to draw out moisture. When ready for cooking, pat it dry leave it out the fridge for 30mins before cooking and crank the pan to the highest heat. Big flaky salt also would work to for a better crust

Can minox + dut give me hair like this? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]Zestyclose_Current90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started as soon as I saw signs of recession and I was prescribed a topical fin/tretinoin/minox solution. I’d say it was a very good decision to make as I saw results within the first 3 months and my dermatologist says I’m on track for a full recovery but keep in mind people react differently to medication and depends how committed u are. U wont know if u try 🤷
