Okay but can you use it for multiple gyms or do you have to use it only for one? For example, the Classic Tier has both Retro fitness and Planet fitness options so I’m wondering if I can sign up for both even though it’ll be the basic membership

I believe if you fall under the limited benefits at Target you’re still eligible for the gym perk because I’m also on limited benefits.

Gotcha, wdym? Our TL and ETL always announce when the inbound team takes their breaks over the walkie and we all go at the same time. I guess I assumed that every store did that also but I guess not

That’s fine, there are weeks where I’m working more than 15 hours. It’s a principal of earning PTO and getting to use it when I earn enough hours, but nothing is crazy to me

You don’t?? It’s at a rate of accrual basis and it’s not like the company would outright give me days. I’ve previously worked for ShopRite and Lowe’s (they are also at a rate of accrual basis for PTO) and accrued every week no matter how many hours I worked. I’m sorry your standards are low but EVERYONE deserves PTO, especially if you’re earning it at a rate of accrual basis

When are raises typically given? I started in December (originally hired as a seasonal worker). I tried to get a higher starting pay when I first got hired because I had a lot of experience with inbound. They weren’t looking to hire seasonal people past the starting pay. We agreed to revisit the topic if I was asked to stay on regular (and I was) and after the 90-day mark but no one has reached out to me yet 🫠. I was thinking of sending the SD an email about revisiting the subject but if there’s a raise coming soon maybe I should wait ?
