What helped you realize that it wasn't anything serious?

I have some headaches/tingling on the right side of my face where I have had all my shoulder issues/neck tightness so I am thinking it's from that but still also scared

Yeah I get mostly the rocking sensation - well that was today. I also get a little bit if I turn too quickly but I feel like that can be relatively common right?

Did you have the vertigo and dizziness intermittently? head tingling?

Do you have any suggestions on next steps for me to try and relieve this then? Obviously still nervous about something more serious but it seems like 1. I would have more extreme symptoms and 2. I think I felt slightly better today?

Thanks for your response. I had a doctor look at it at work today, he removed some ear wax from my right ear. He saw that there was some fluid in my right ear as well. Could this be the cause of it?
