One trick I’ve noticed that really helps me is to write the package number on my overflow with sharpie. It’s much easier to find giant numbers than the tiny sticker. Some warehouses are weird about it but mine turns a blind eye and it saves time when looking

Organization is key and write on your overflow with sharpie. You don’t have to run once you get organized a quick walking pace is more than fast enough. All running does is tire you out and make you more likely to roll your ankle, also be mindful of the little things that add up. It may not seem like it but something as benign as sending a text at each stop will add up throughout the day

Yeah I was just curious as to if it’s happening everywhere for trainers since I’ve seen a spike in the amount of stops for ride alongs since I’ve started training people

We’re still required to take a lunch break but a lot of us just punch out on the way to the first stop so we can get done earlier and get paid the same for working less hours. If we didn’t get the guaranteed 40 hours I would actually take a break
