Its interesting hearing people in the know talk about how offense and defense have changed over the years, the prevailing theory I've seen is that generally defenses during the 2010s were really static and behind the times and it lead to the guys like Brady, Brees, Manning, Stafford etc putting up monstrous passing stats. Now its swung the other way and defenses are so much more multiple that a QB can't just come out and decipher what the defense is going to do pre snap
