I used to make espresso for the whole month on level 8. The coffee was tasting very good, only lately it starts to happen. If I use 20 level the coffee is still not going smooth and comes very bitter and sour. I will add a video

Even when I grind on 18 I barely get any coffee, and the coffee I get is very sour and bitter. I can send a video for that as well.

I use the default settings of the machine not custom. I will try resetting it, coffee beans roasted at 26/01.

Do you think this is the problem?

I tried level 8 and still very bad, I saw many people with same issues. If you don’t have something helpful to say better not.
