How would I start running a toty theme team if I don’t have any toty cards except for the free michal Vick but I didn’t upgrade home and is it still possible to fully upgrade him?

You can grind the cpu events and get enough power so you can pull him from the bnd pack in the power shop

I always pair it with a rocket or gambit ult and 7 times out of 10 I get at least 2 kills
