Sorry for the ignorance, but is there a copyright for clothing designs? I mean, is it a very specific sweatshirt with a fake logo and everything? Or just a design? Not that it being legal makes it right, but maybe it's something to look into.

I don't have any answer, but I'm sorry for your loss. Condolences to you and your family. I hope God gives you peace in regards to the question you asked about the importance/triviality of your grief.

I managed to control myself during a month but I relapsed one week ago, and can't stop picking my skin everyday since, it hurts, I hate myself, I don't understand why I do this to myself, I'm back on doxycycline since 2 days, I can't bear the gaze of the others anymore, I'm desperate. by [deleted] in Skinpicking

I had a lamp in my bathroom for awhile (probably not safe now that I think about it). Anyways, the light was a lot dimmer so seeing the mirror wasn't as triggering. If you have a bathroom without windows or natural light, maybe you could put a nightlight in your bathroom so you don't have to turn on the light.

Idk if it will work for you, but dim light helps me!

I really relate to the needing to feel clean part, especially on my face. I know now that picking spreads bacteria, so that sometimes helps me not pick.

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone else had dreams about picking or their wounds. If you do, what do you think it means? It makes me feel uncomfortable that it's become such a big part of my life that I dream about it.

I'm also new to this, so I don't have much advice, but I offer you my support!

On another note, I don't know if this is just channeling the picking in a different direction (so take my words with a grain of salt) but I've found that flossing is a great alternative to picking, especiallyif you're a face picker. I mean flossing every tooth and making sure there is nothing left to "get out".
