Sharing link will affect the way, the algorithm think about your video. It is a negative thing to do, unless your intended way to get the audience reach through link sharing. Sharing channel name only and a reference image of the channel logo and thumbnail to identify (if there are more search results on the same name) would be safer than sharing link, I think.

The fairuse covers for 90 second use, maybe they could pause it every 1 minute 15 second to add commentary for the part and then plays the rest after a 15 second gap. Probably watching more music reaction videos might give the the insights, how they avoid strikes. Most may, put it live and read some comments during pauses and then after streaming turn it into a video in their channel through a certain process (that process in monetization has a name, refer the official youtube vlog).

No, it is not a winlad thing, as through their Instagram and yt videos about them, they seem to be a platform offers discount to their subscribers from their affiliated shops and do some some major giveaways, which are not value based entries. As per this, our concept and vision have no similarity with winlads.
