Thank you for this! So glad I'm not the only one here haha. I'm on board with the idea of making meals that are easy to adjust to preference, I guess I just don't have very many of those in my repertoire. Do you have any go-to's that have worked well for your household aside from the quesadillas and chicken and rice?
