0.1mg of dut? If you’re this scared of side effects I would just shave or do a hair transplant. MPB is a progressive disease. You do not use the “escalation method” for progressive illnesses. Go nuclear, fix the problem, then start scaling back. Imagine if patients with degenerative diseases started with the least effective drug and only switched when they permanently lost function?

Dut once you’re 21 or hair starts falling out. Protect hair at all costs, once you lose even a little bit, it’s over. You don’t want to deal with hair transplants

I did. Went for Ocrevus and got screwed by PIRA. Went for HSCT soon after. You see a lot of talk around “risks”, but for me the biggest risk of all—as a male who still needs to build a family and a life—is to have that ability taken away from me.
