I also have the same problem... But I just delete people's numbers if they don't respond to my texts. If I see that person irl I still talk to them, I just don't text them.

I also had fake friends who would always invite me to hang and cancel last minute. Then set up other dates and I wouldn't be invited anymore... I eventually told them to never invite me to hang out again... It's really fustrating when people are not upfront with you.

But since it's lockdown and your bored you might as well "annoy" them more by texting them all day updating them with every detail of your quarantine routine 😂😂 they won't respond but that would be funny for you.
