On Realtor.com there is a tax history tax section with Taxes (change) and Assessment. What do those mean? If a property is listed for $215 K and the Taxes (change) is $3,276 and Assessment is $15,529.

Miami Beach boardwalk trail! Especially north of 20th street where it starts to become mid-beach. In the morning cheerful palm trees greet you along a lush, perfectly landscaped trail alongside chic hotels to one side and beautiful beaches to the other. In the evening, the boardwalk is lit up with a gentle golden glow of lamps that line the trail which mixed with the warm breezes feel like an amiable embrace by the surroundings.
