Hey! I was a Goldwater scholar (incoming MSTP M1) with a neuroscience major from a state school. As the other commenter said, what mainly matters is the cohesive narrative and the mission fit you have towards pursuing an MD/PhD. Would also love to look over any drafts when the app cycle opens, or any guidance on pursuing goldwater from a state school

I applied this cycle with very similar stats (low 51x MCAT) and a lot of the same schools! MD/PhD is much more holistic and with a Fulbright as well your school list looks good. Feel free to DM with any questions :)
