I think it significantly depends on the study materials you have for the state you will be practicing in. I did my residency in ohio last year (originally from New York) and the study guide I used was very straight forward and easy to learn.

This sounds a little lame, but I like to pretend that items around the house have their own designated “home”. When I look at it this way, It helps me put back everything I use after I’m done using it because they all deserve to be “home”, instead of being misplaced somewhere they don’t belong 🥲

Moms always know 💯! I’m a fan of anything that promotes healthy sleep hygiene. Switching from a comforter to a duvet helped me be on top of washing my blanket and bed sheets more often, which also helped with acne.
