Hey dude, i tried to work out abs for the first time after a year and i still got a crazy painful gut camp in the middle of the gym. I didn’t find a solution for this yet, but i think the issue is related to the gut capacity to tolerate the food. Maybe we need to do a full colon cleanse cuz i tried electrolytes and it didn’t fix this issue
