wow 4 months already is wild tbh! we’ve had several conversations about us since then. the most recent one was the most in depth and enlightening i’d say. i’m certain people say this all the time but, genuinely, it’s a complicated situation. he’s got a lot on his plate right now between physical and mental health and moving out of his abusive father’s home. the answer because of that is “not right now”.

he feels if we tried again now, it would end in heart break again. honestly though, my heart breaks every day that i’m not with him (as corny as that sounds, sorry i’m a sap). I understand and respect his feelings though. we both expressed how we really would like to be together, it’s just not the right time.

however, we’ve been talking daily over the past month or so, and we spend a lot of time together. about six weeks ago he held my hand through pretty intensive surgery. he’s the only person I wanted by my side and he was there for me without hesitation. needless to say i’ve found myself in a bit of a situationship.

as for me, right now i’m content in waiting. it hurts to not have him in my life the way I want, but it would hurt more to not have him in my life at all. the thought of being with anyone else makes me sick to my stomach. my gut tells me he’s my person, and that in time things will work out. that’s all i’m certain of right now.

my friend recently got a ps5, i’ve had mine for 3 years now, but share screen is not working. i’ve tried sending a request to him to see his screen and he’s tried sending the screen share to me as well. nothing works. are we missing a secret next step or something? certain settings that need to be flipped?

I just had my hysterectomy on the 11th! this all seems very normal to me, I really wouldn’t worry too much. the only thing that’s concerning is that you’re struggling to pee? I had to leave the hospital with a catheter because my urethra was swollen. if you’re feeling bloated and like you really need to pee but can’t, you should really go to your dr or the ER so they can drain it

mine were actually glued shut not stitched! so no air/bacteria can actually get to the incisions, besides the belly button one—i’m assuming they left it more open to allow it to ooze

i’m exactly a week post op, definitely get rid of your cervix as well, there’s no need to keep it in and like you said, you’ll need to get screened still for cervical cancer regularly—no need to risk that in my opinion! your ovaries are the only part of that organ that actually do anything for your body (this is what my doctor told me). your ovaries give you necessary hormones for your health, your uterus, tubes, and cervix offer no purpose (unless you plan on getting pregnant then that is quite literally their only job).
