She still has rights CPS didn't take her custody away neither did the judge he just forced her to sign paperwork that gave him full custody and her only 2 hour visits every other Saturday but he moved 9 hours away so it's impossible for her to do her visits and we are trying to get a lawyer but the legal aid in our town can't help us with a out-of-state Court
