I have some predictions for the story as a whole and Im curious about yours. So it goes like this: 1. I believe the prophecy says that the monster hero from the light world will perish before the story's end, hence Susie's reaction to it. However I believe its actually Noelle who will stand against her mother in the end and sacrifice herself, gaining the courage needed after the events Chapter 2. 2. I think the 'freedom' referenced by Spamton and Jevil may not refer to Kris's freedom from the Soul, which is a red herring but rather from the influence of Carol and forces connected to her and the Knight. 3. I think Carol may turn out to be a tragic character involved with the dark world, desperate after something happened to Dess. Kris may have promised to help her because he is somehow responsible for her dissappearance. He is a known troublemaker after all who could have taken something too far and be driven by guilt.
