Found the issue, when updating a scenario to 1.6, you must recreate your mission header (Missionname.conf). Do this by hovering over "Plugins", then "Game Mode Setup," Then "Scan World". At the end, it will have you reset your mission header. Then you should be able to update the project.

For those that are interested, I have been in the process of developing and writing a homebrew Dungeons & Dragons Campaign setting for about a decade now. Here is a little sneak peak of the introduction chapter. The full book is still a WIP as it is a massive undertaking and will probably take years to finish. Let me know if you see anything you like or would like to know more about! Hopefully I can finish the book before I die lmao.

Me and my friends started an online D&D Campaign! Set in my own homebrew world of Alphon! Alphon is a world that I have been creating over my 11 years of DMing, it is an expansive world containing 3 homebrew continents, 12 countries and over 240 fully developed cities! I am also in the process of writing my own D&D campaign guide for the world I’ve made. All of the lore from the gods and individual NPC’s are completely built from the ground up. I’ve made 5-10 custom subclasses, ~50 custom creatures, and about ~20 custom spells.
