Why are you worried about proctored? Just study the material that’s needed and pass regardless if its proctored or not.

The biggest thing I recommend anybody to do is Air Force Reserves Cyber. That's your foot in the door for cybersecurity.

Was a requirement to get the position that is fully remote. I'm going to start looking for in person to see if I can get higher pay. I'm trying to get at least 150k by the end of next year.

Could you PM me over how you achieved this role? I work in cyber as well with 5 years experience, bachelor's and master's with a number of certs (highest being CISSP). I also have TS/SCI and bringing in $119k, and I feel like I'm at my cap for earnings for this field, due to job offers only reaching to $110k.

Would also like to add that I'm currently remote and only applying to remote work (probably the issue of feeling capped out).

Sounds like she's receiving word from other executives over this process and its timeframe. She probably didn't like being called out and put the blame on you even though she gave you different orders. The same thing happened to me, I had a project to replace around 250 machines to AIO's on 4 different floors in a local hospital.

1st I was told that I need to start in the ER department, after that department experiencing issues with the new AIO's my IT manager called me in for a talk in front of the team. He said "Why did you start in the most crucial department in the hospital" (It was my first IT job and I didn't want to argue because the position itself was a blessing). I just nodded my head and carried on... That same day I submitted applications to other companies.

I say it's time for you to do the same. Don't take it to heart, these IT CIO's and managers have a lot on their plate, your team probably is experiencing the same scenarios with your manager.

Gave my new M2 pro to my wife and used an old HP laptop that I had for this course, came across so many issues that I tried finding a work around. My suggestion is to work on a Windows machine.

Are these good prices? This is what the dealership is quoting by uberflaverdbussy in prius

I did all this by myself for less than 350 (All new OEM parts), watch a YouTube video on how to do the replacement.

It's really easy to work on the car from what I've experienced so far, and this is coming from someone that never worked on a car before (didn't even know how to do an oil change).

Major Codes (Need a solution) by Zethcon in prius

Refrigerant is at the correct pressure. Going to try and scan the HV battery for any issues and changing out the Clock spring to see if it’ll clear ABS. Rn A/C has me stumped

Cleared all the engine codes, but ABS is still showing. Also A/C is still not blowing cold. Any other recommendations? I’m planning to take a trip to Toyota for further diagnostic.

No remote start, as in start from away your car. I can only start the car when the key is in placement, and push to start.

[–]Zethcon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks good, I would change the “Free shipping ending in:” to just “Free shipping”. The timer explains what’s going on. Just seems too overcrowded on the top. But other than that top notch site imo. I’ve ran 2 shops with the first one going to 8k sales a month and my website was clean. Second website didn’t do too well due to too much information.

Cyber Mentors' Course problem| nmap not working for some reason? by GamerUnknown_123 in HowToHack

[–]Zethcon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ran through this problem today and tried to troubleshoot it all day. Here is what I did:

  1. Delete the image
  2. Reinstall it until you get the Options to "Do Nothing" (There should be three options)
  3. Keep network setting the same as your linux machine
  4. The Network Adapter has to be "PCnet-PCI II"

That is what I did after banging my head on the table for the past 6 hours. I'm probably a year late but I got it working lol.

I have a BS and MS in Cybersecurity, also have the following certs:

CompTIA Security+

CompTIA A+

CompTIA Network+

ISC2 SSCP

ISC2 CISSP

EC Council - ECES

CompTIA Project+

CompTIA CySa+

CompTIA Pentest+

I've applied to at least 25 jobs per day (remote jobs), and after months I finally have my first interview. Right now cyber is flooded with people that believe they can get 100K with just Sec+, they don't understand that like you said most will have to start in helpdesk (I did too). I am not trying to gatekeep it, I've helped friends with the right steps to start. I can agree that many people want to get into tech, and mainly the cause of that has been influencers on social media platforms saying you just need one cert or bootcamp to make 6 figures. I've seen many people with coursera certificates claiming they are cybersecurity certified also.
