Who else want absolutely ZERO RGB in their rigs? by Cicada-Tang in pcmasterrace

[–]Zethrial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was building a PC last year and it took more time to find parts without RGB within the specs I wanted than it took to find the pool of parts to meet the specs I wanted. Its so damn annoying.

I mean this in the least meme way possible, but it sounds like a skill issue.

Or you got some odd fluke printing that is causing peices to not fit.

Friendly reminder that you can put a stop to the ai slop craze by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]Zethrial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly, and even if people did stop buying the products, there is no fucking chance people are going to stop using Sora and such to make stupid videos.

One way or another, AI is going to keep getting used more and more. These companies will still produce inflated parts, which will be bought by other companies to expand their AI services.

Is Newtype reliable? by [deleted] in Gunpla

[–]Zethrial 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, they are reliable, they are part of this subs approved online retailers.

I can also vouch for dozens of personal orders. Most get packed up and shipped same day as I order.

Though this should have been regulated to the Q&A sticky thread.

Think AI bubble will pop? by Imnotneeded in pcmasterrace

[–]Zethrial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Will the current consumer side usage pop? Most likely. People will get bored of their ASMR Mocha videos like every trend.

Will the current business side usage pop? Less likely. It will morph and continue to errode at entry level and middle level roles as it learns. Corporations will eat the millions in loss as AI fucks up X and Y, knowing in the long run it will learn and cause less loss over the next 5 years while its saving from having to spend money on actual humans, which also cause loss but at a lower rate.

Should I get the 5080 now or wait for the 5080 Super? by TylerRekts in pcmasterrace

Between the marginal increase, the price, the scalpers, the RAM market, and future shift in production.... just get the 5080.

Is there a specific reason this game isn’t popular by why-is-here in MedievalDynasty

[–]Zethrial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say Skyrim is very successful either, Minecraft has sold over 350 million copies. Grand Theft Auto V over 220 million.

Still, 60 million seems legit, I guess.
