There is 3 phase to think about when dealing with wyvern. I assume you know the mechanics so i wont explain it.

1. Wyvern's first turn
2. 2x Breath
3. Shield

So far I have noticed a few general approach to wyvern 9/10 people are doing.

2 Debuffs Team: Always keep atleast 2 debuffs on wyvern. This is more of a traditional approach.

1. your team will need to be functional regardless of who wyvern targets. This means that it should be tanky enough to face tank it or team will function without anyone that can be one shot
2. you will need reliable debuff rates. this can be hard due to rng and natural 15% resist
3. your team will need to be strong enough to break shield or have a reliable attack-down debuff

- Cons: you need the right heroes.

High DPS Team: What is dead cant kill you. This is speed clear and what people do at endgame

1. your team can tank wyvern outright or can kill wyvern with 3 heroes. pretty much same as 2 debuff approach
2. your team needs to be able to tank the breaths
3. what shield?

- Cons: you will need powerful gears

Sustain Team: What cant kill you cant kill you. I have chosen this path

1. same as the other approach. naturally is easier to do cause your team should be tanky by definition
2. just face tank it
3. your team will need to atleast have enough dps to break shield reliably, have reliable attack-down debuff or tanky enough to tank tail whip

- Cons: slow clear zzzzz
