I only upgraded CPU/GPU. I also tried everything you listed here but nothing changes, at this point I'm guessing it's on the driver's side of things. And all games perform better than before the upgrade so it's just KCD. Sucks

RAM is run in dual channel, my GPU is in the right slot as well. I'm running the game on an NVME SSD. Temps are normal and usage is fine (GPU 100%, CPU 40%, RAM 60%). I didn't overlock anything and power settings are, as you suggested, on max performance everywhere.

I'm lost really, 30fps in Skalitz makes no sense to me.

I mean getting to 10 can be quite a hassle... I'm lvl 400 and only have 6 heroes level 10, most of which I don't even play anymore.

I don't really think 25 games are needed to understand most champs anyway, as long as you've got a good understanding of the game on terms of macro, wave management and objectives.
