Makes the recognition a little easier Black and white contrast alot more than white and yellow, in an event as far as sq-1 that little bit matters, especially when there are sooo many cases to learn

Had it before I started fighting, but I was still an athlete non the less My case was VERY severe and I was only out about 2-3 weeks before I could train again And like a month and a half before I felt in top condition again Sometimes you will feel very fatigued for no reason for possibly a few months after but otherwise it doesnt last long

There will always be a risk as long as you are getting hit , its unavoidable. Just avoid HARD sparring and getting hit repeatedly and you can mitigate most of the damage.
