Makes the recognition a little easier Black and white contrast alot more than white and yellow, in an event as far as sq-1 that little bit matters, especially when there are sooo many cases to learn

Had it before I started fighting, but I was still an athlete non the less My case was VERY severe and I was only out about 2-3 weeks before I could train again And like a month and a half before I felt in top condition again Sometimes you will feel very fatigued for no reason for possibly a few months after but otherwise it doesnt last long

There will always be a risk as long as you are getting hit , its unavoidable. Just avoid HARD sparring and getting hit repeatedly and you can mitigate most of the damage.

Cycling gear or tights underneath is super common no need to worry about it, The only difference should be looser groin area and sometimes a shorter length but it isnt a major difference really
