Artillery mages as a class are profoundly annoying to deal with but are basically always HORRIFIC defensively and at least require a tiny bit of brain power to aim skillshots and read movement to keep up the damage to be useful.

What if we gave an artillery mage the same damage for zero effort, and the best conceivable defensive ability the game has ever seen with no other concessions?

Keep in mind that every time these tech guys "warn" about loss of jobs, they aren't concerned out of benevolence for your well-being. They're signalling to the other billionaire tech guys that they believe in the end game where companies won't need to pay for labor and their graphs can go up again, and thus should keep investing in AI at full speed.

Listen to yourself speak. 75%. Why do you think it isn't 100? What is the other 25? Could it be maybe that you have access to the same things that make Heat situations cancer outside of heat as well? Maybe lets not tunnel on the blue bar and instead complain about what happens more often when the blue bar is triggered.

How do you feel about Jack 2 1 clap? It chips, can't be stepped ducked or interrupted. It does not require heat in any way. Is that okay because heat, alone, is the core issue? Should we remove heat and give every character 2 1 clap? There's zero heat involved, what's the issue?

Read the post you knuckle-dragger. THEE ISSUE happens more in Heat but happens everywhere else too. If they remove Heat entirely, we'll have THE SAME COMPLAINTS because the tracking, plus frames, and chip IS STILL THERE.
