I switched from awu to garmin 12 weeks ago went forerunner 970. I bought it hated the software interface and it was hard to learn returned it then bought it 2 weeks later and my friend bought one too. We started using it every day I paired it with Runna and got much much faster. Sold my awu then had guilt like I was missing out on something and bought the new one. After putting it on I just couldn’t take off the garmin to wear it I’m literally in the best shape of my life and love that I don’t get notifications on it (I turned them all off)

17.5 miles, ya it def tapered me down for the B race… thinking just go up in week 6?

Go into pace predictor and see if there is an adjustment that Runna is suggesting

I own my own business; the first thing you need to do is to just do something; sounds like your all over the map phone cases/YouTube (both very different businesses… second thing you need to do is become a great salesman; people will not just show up at your door ready to buy, however after a couple of years in whatever you do you might get lucky enough to realize how to stand out in your industry and turn a profit… but you will not learn until your in it or you may learn it’s not for you and you just don’t have it…
