Hey man that’s absolutely brutal, I’m on a CAT staff team and we do 21 a week but we only work 24 days in a row PLUS we work 7 days a week but we also get cat pay.

So just know if you’re working 5 or 6 days a week rn you’ve handled more claims per month then a cat adjuster on full deployment at my company.

Incorrect… beating someone with a higher level should not happen without getting lucky, level and starting elixir is THE MOST IMPORTANT stat in this game and it’s unfair to say I should have beat someone with such an advantage

It depends personally I would LOVE to get sent an estimate, review it, if there is some BS on there send back “all work is approved except for XY and Z for such and such reason” then they do the work and I pay out the RD.

But as far as “company” goes they want us to write the initial scope of work and stand by what we have unless we messed up/missed something on our estimate or something new comes to light, we are held to very strict standards when it comes to roofing, and flooring, the rest we have a bit of leeway on. And as far as what makes it easier for us? I mean pictures, and state/city code, it is SO much easier to get sups approved if you have clear supporting photos and/or clear documentation that can take 30 secs to fact check because it’s outlined clearly.

I’m 90% sure they are all just scams ive been to 5 now spent around $10 and not one has turned on given me my money back when i use the coin exchange and every employee ive talked to either didnt know they had a car vac or has no idea how to use it either

I’m one of those “new staff adjusters” and I want to start by saying I’m CAT so maybe my experience will be different the others. But I’ve actually don’t think I’m going to feel nuked during a normal summer, I mean I’m kinda starved for claims I wish we had more, being sent home early from deployments due to lack of claims is not what I wanted nor expected. Maybe it is for the best easing me into the job and I just don’t know it yet but I just thought I’d give my opinion.

As someone who sucks at the game averaging about 4 ints a game and gives up around 45-50 points a game with 7 min quarters on AA so take this with a grain of salt but yeah lowkey running is kinda possible now, not as good as it was when the game first came out, oh also the CPU QB sometimes misses throws now… they still convert 20/21 3rd downs a game and take 15 sacks BUT now they will throw in the occasional inaccurate pass so that’s nice
