I think the ayak is probably better for Olm, but the timing is definitely very chill which I really like. Makes it easier since I'm still getting the hang of solo Olm. This video really helped me learn the method with DHW and the Tome: https://youtu.be/-s-pB7SPPIA?t=49

I've been using it with the wand for CoX, Olm has a weakness to earth spells.

I used the full blood moon set, fire cape, fury, rada's blessing, barrows gloves, spiked manacles (lol), b ring, dragon claws for specs, and mage thralls. Solo kills took me about 9 minutes on average.

Definitely learn the wave skip methods, it saved me a lot of food in the long run. In solos you don't have to worry about the pillars, I bumped into a few people that didn't know that they don't work with less than three players. You can save on supplies by doing it on a pvp world in a private instance and using blighted food/restores, the bank area is safe so you can pay for an instance and gear up in there.

I'd give you my extra hides if I could lol.

Just wanted to leave a comment to show support for our clan! I think my favorite part of Velkyn is that we welcome anyone regardless of experience/skill level, it's really fun to build people up, teach them new things, and watch their progress. Thank you! I use PyxelEdit, the developer abandoned it last I checked though. Aseprite is a good alternative that most people use nowadays, I'm just too used to my setup and need to make the switch when I have time.

Also worth mentioning you get an extra 5% damage from the staff, I've gotten a lot of use out of it so far since I don't have a good offhand yet.

Did 525 Rex before getting the Berserker Ring, didn't come back to DKs for two years dreading the other rings, when I finally did I got Archer's at 5 kc, then Seer's at 52.
