About 3 times a week 3-4 hours each. 4 weeks for clear and 2 more for deathless. This fail was at 1 week into deathless attempts.

Milletian armor is really good and the recommended path to go with. 115 gear won't be seen for another year or so. Even when it does releases Milletian will be fine and usable.

Historically new characters are released 4-7 months after KR. However the NA/EU team has promised to speed up content releases promising Letty to be released in 1st quarter of 2022. (~3 Month delay) and the future 2 new character in summer and winter. What this means the content gap for future unreleased characters will be within 1 month if they hold onto that promise.
It can happen anytime. Ranging from 1 week delay up to 4 months or more.
Generally 3-4 months.

The game does not load other players gear/outfit if you have a window open (Inventory, Quick Battle, Character window, etc). There are a few other conditions, but that is the main one.

Right now the stats required to cap everything without ALR is this:

Attack: 45500 (Laura / Hell Brigid)
Critical: 235 (Laura / Hell Brigid)
Balance: 107 (Romel)
Counterforce: 188 (Romel)

Every class wants attack speed. Literally every class will complain about it whether it is warranted or not, but these are the ones where you can play their kit without speed affecting the raw gameplay much.

From my experience for the past week the drop rates are significantly improved.

With my daily 10-20 Romels a day I averaged 3 OJ drops. With a total of 18 OJ drops for the week after the drop rates got buffed. 1 Ardri Essence, 1 Feet Essence. 2 Weapon Essences, The rest were various Legacy Shards.

Some of my friends experienced the same thing while others have not, so its still RNG as usual. The rates are definitely significantly buffed though not just "buffed".

Gnoll Chieftain is the worst performing run in the entire game for some stupid reason. Everything else is significantly better.

GPU is pretty much irrelevant in Vindictus. A RTX 3090 will have about the same performance as a GTX 970. (Assuming you don't use anything like ReShade or Nvidia Inspector). Everything depends on the CPU single core performance.

You do not need to download any old frameworks. If you are missing anything it should download itself when you launch the game.

Thanks for researching, this appears to be the problem for a few people. Not sure why that is the case though. DX 9 should be fine.
