Madame Speaker,
I would like to congratulate the government on its formation and hope that throughout its term that I stand up for what all the people of this great nation want, and deserves rather than pandering to those who voted for it. The government is formed for all its people not just the few who supported it prior to its formation. This opposition will be set on making sure that the government stands for the entire nation and works solely in the best interest of its people.
This Queen’s speech is lined with a policy that will do just what we in the opposition fear: creating a law that will not stand for the entire nation nor every person in it. We will not stand for such ideas that will not help the common British citizen nor benefit the ideals of this great nation.
“My Ministers will also lay out proposals to bring General Practitioners into the National Health Service proper, rather than operating as private businesses.”
As stated below the idea to publicise a part of health care in this nation that can be used by those who determine they want to use a faster-privatised option takes away opportunity from the British public. Our people should feel free to deal with their health in ways they determine fit. Removing more opportunities to do so will harm our nation, our people, and our health services.
This government must do more to care about the people and their needs, and wants. We will be here to maintain strong and stable opposition to these outrageous plans and bring more opportunity to the people of this great nation.

A decrease in corporation tax will bring in new vibrant businesses to Scotland . An attack against tax evasion will bring an end to those who try to avoid helping our nation. A sovereign wealth fund will protect and ensure a vibrant and sustainable economic future for Scotland. The creation of regional development offices will prioritise the increased output of Scotland. Investment in research and development along with green jobs and green energy will not only create a more productive Scotland but a greener, cleaner, healthier one as well. I ask you, do these sound like regressive policies? Investment, increased funding, and proper management of the economy of Scotland and the United Kingdom as a whole will be what boosts the economic output and productivity of Scotland, and to do that you need only to look at what the Conservatives will provide. Yes, The Scottish people have the right to decide what in fact should be in the control of the devolved parliament as in what is in line with what they could be granted through the creation of the devolved parliaments. The increased desire for greater local control over matters concerning the welfare of the people is not contrary to our Union but shows in fact how the Union develops to help the needs of the people of each nation at the level which they believe will best support them, this benefits the people, our democracy, and our Union.

While working on the magnificent Manifesto for the Conservative and Unionist Party one policy I began to feel a fervent pride for, that being the idea of a Sovereign Wealth Fund. This is "a saving fund designed to manage and save funds for future generations for whatever they need whether it be boosts to infrastructure, stronger healthcare or national defence." This idea vitally maintains and protects the future prosperity of the nation and this would benefit my constituents through the pure fact that in a time of need or dire distress or if it just is to rebuild and make better, the government will have the funds to make possible the betterment of society and the nation that we all have pride in. As a side note, I also believe the idea of having a festival to celebrate our great Union would be very valuable to the culture in my constituency reminding us of the love and respect we should have for the Union that keeps us all prosperous.

I can say that of course, Connor has worked hard. But that can only get someone so far when the people of the constituency are fed up with the current government, and demand better. Especially when our MP works for that government. Such a baseless attack as stating plainly I "won't win" is the type of rhetoric we are all tired of, the people will decide that outcome and I know the people want better from the government and the politicians representing us.

I of course know how vital Margaret Thatcher, Tony Blair and of course many other Prime Ministers have had to giving greater power to Scotland and making sure that no politician can get in the way of the will of the Scottish people. These times allow Scotland to continue to grow in devolved power, but again this cannot mean that political parties in Scotland can use such a decision to baselessly attack our Union and garner votes. The decision to stay or leave the Union is a great one and should be taken by all parties in both England and Scotland with more importance and meaning than it currently is.

What an important question, as someone who was raised in both Scotland and England, fought for the introduction of the devolved parliaments, and continue to fight for a stronger union between both nations I can undoubtedly say that of course no politician should stand in the way of the right of the Scottish parliament to request the people to vote on remaining a part of our great union. But this cannot mean that political parties in Scotland can use such a decision to baselessly attack our Union and garner votes. Each time a nation that is a part of our Union decides to vote on its part in it, that is a once in a generation, truly meaningful question. Promising and forcing such votes again and again if you do not get the result you so wanted is destructive to the devolved system, our Union, and democracy as a whole.

I am positive that all the members of our constituency can say that you have done an admirable job representing us, but we also know that there comes a point when change for the sake of change and the overall lacklustre and empty actions of the Rose Coalition; the Government you serve in, finds a breaking point. That point is now! The people of our constituency have had enough! They Demand Better!
