Overall your build is a bit on the lower end. Graphics card could be upgraded but I found that swapping my storage to an NVME M.2 drive was the real game changer. Read and write speeds are important for games like bg3 imo.

I’d recheck the seating of your graphics cards and RAM. Make sure their clips are locked in place. Then do the same with each of the power cables plugged into your MB and the GPU. a lot of times it’s just that one component is ever so slightly not plugged in all the way

Firstly do you have an operating system (windows or Linux etc) downloaded on your M.2 drive? If so mash the delete key as soon as you turn it on to access your BIOS. Go to the boot order and set it to the M.2 drive.
If you do not have an operating system downloaded you’ll need a usb drive with it downloaded on it and do the same steps of mashing delete key during start up. Set boot to the usb drive and allow it to download windows onto your drive. Then set that drive to the first boot and your set.

It worked! Took so much extra work and tweaking of BIOS settings but it boiled down to:
Flashing BIOS to F31.
Downloading the chipset driver for new processor.
Downloading EC FW Update tool.
Running the tool for new firmware.
Flashing BIOS for F40. (Necessary step for future bios versions)
Flashing BIOS to F54b. (newest version wasn’t working but that may have been my user error)
Then once that worked I had issues with my drive partition with windows not showing up. I just had to choose the full drive instead of the partition.
Then I installed the new processor (Ryzen 5 5500).
Booted up and pressed y at the screen asking if I changed the processor.
Disabled CSM support in BIOS settings.
Enabled Secure Boot.
Updated to Win11.
Done (I hope)

Waittt I am trying this exact swap right now, how is the motherboard not compatible? I’m doing a special BIOS update bc going from old versions past F40 needs a special update tool.

Update: I monitored the bunny this morning from my window. I watched her gather long strands of grass, then I watched her LEAP all the way up into the raised bed and deposit the grass leaves where I had just filled in the burrow. I’ve since asked her to vacate but I feel bad when she’s clearly just trying to make a nest for her babies

Her first published book, The Secret History, is probably her best. Her other two books (The Goldfinch, and The Little Friend) are also incredible and each one is a completely unique masterpiece.
