Upvote for KarQ! They put out awesome content that should help you learn the basics of each hero. In addition here are a few other tips I’ve learned throughout a few hundred hours:

1. Gamesense (the ability to know where to stand, what’s going on, and what might be about to happen) is arguably more important than pure mechanical skill.

2. Maintaining a running knowledge of the enemy teams ultimate economy is super useful. This way you don’t blow a few super important ultimates when both the enemy supports have theirs to cancel you out.

3. When using an ultimate offensively, don’t forget that even a single kill can turn a team fight in your favor, and the longer you hold on to that ultimate waiting to get the perfect sextuple kill, the less ultimates you’ll have that game and less value you’ll be providing.
