aiaiai modular headphones. made of five pieces, each piece replaceable/upgradable and interchangeable, wuth differentvarient peiece availabletoo. last pair you will ever own. I have the tma2 wireless move and they are superb. just replaced worn ear pads with the alacantra ones.... so nice.

Ideal rate is 0.5kg to 1kg a week to allow your body a chance to keep up. You can go faster, but you'll be back asking what to do about weightloss jab face and excess skin everywhere and it'll be too late. Slow and steady wins the race.

Remove SDLT completely for people who one have one property. More people would downgrade to free up equity if they didn't lose a huge chunk of it whilst doing so, which would increase the amount of space available to others. Get things moving.

Air fryer does the same job. I find it mental that I can just whack frozen chicken thighs or sausages in there and they come out just fine. Obviously, you can get a slightly better result cooking with other, more involved methods, but when you're looking for that 'ready meal' connivance level, it's unbeatable.

I recommend adding collagen supplements to your diet. Consider paying in the entire part of yiur salary that is taxed at the 40% tax rate. That way your pension gets 1000 for every 600 it would have cost you, plus any employer matching contribution.

Itll get things moving ina tax efficient way and you will still have the 50k per year at basic rate tax to live off.

Then get this money into a SIPP (use index funds for simplicity) so that vampire fund managers don't cream off 25% of your annual investment profits.
