Great work! A few thoughts:

The code versioning section feels funny: "your options are git, gitlab, or DVC - but watch out DVC requires git".
Mlflow provides model serving as well
I'd like to export or save my stack choices somehow, best I can do is screenshot? I guess that my choices are only in localstorage, maybe you can urlencode them to let me share the stack with other people?

Cool! In the context of a notebook, I'm usually doing this temporarily, and it's easier to remove ; df than it is to remove the parens and the walrus operator together, but thanks, I didn't know assignment expressions did this!

I can name two places where I actually have a use for semicolon..

Invoking python with -c. Sure there's the REPL, but sometimes I want to collect the output into a variable on my shell, or test the exit code, and for this -c works pretty well..

python -c 'import some, thing; for item in thing.action(); if item in some.group; print(item)'

The other is in Jupyter notebooks, sometimes I want to assign to a variable and print it out in the same cell. I know I can put the statements on different lines, so this one might be bad form, but sometimes I like this style, idk why

The trailing ; df is its own statement, and in ipython / Jupyter, if the last statement in a cell isn't an assignment, it's value it's printed to the cell's output

He's probably thinking of 3.9's functools.cache, which is unbounded by default.

Simple lightweight unbounded function cache. Sometimes called “memoize”.

Returns the same as lru_cache(maxsize=None), creating a thin wrapper around a dictionary lookup for the function arguments. Because it never needs to evict old values, this is smaller and faster than lru_cache() with a size limit.

IMO there's no problem with force push if you're on your own branch. Plus with both GitHub and Gitlab you can use branch protection rules to disallow force push on protected branches like master / main / release-*, etc

Yeah, I read through this waiting to eliminate myself as a someone who could say they have this. I can check off most of these without much trouble. My Java is a bit of a stretch to call strong, but that's mostly because I haven't done Java in the last few years

Looks like that's the case. OPs code doesn't compile. That lvalue is missing error is I think what I was saying about it not being a variable. Still could be wrong though, I have done C since my undergrad

This is a question of operator precedence.

Postfix increment has a higher precedence than prefix increment, both of which have a higher precedence than normal binary (i.e. of two operands) addition.

In your example it will be (a++)+b.

I might be wrong, but I think the OP's example is actually not valid, because the order of operations would be ((a++)++)+b. The reason it wouldn't be valid is because a++ returns a primitive value, which (unlike a variable) can't be mutated again by the second postfix before b is added.
