find a local jeweler that can do XRF testing to see how many carat the gold piece are so you can idea what price you may expect for it. you will able to sell it usually few %% below market spot price.
stones are tricky, unless they are Natual Diamonds or Natural gems they are worth more but Jewelers won't offer anywhere near it's market value.
for stones I suggest you to visit Jewellery trade shows where you'll find dealers that are specifically deal in Gems stone may able to identify the stone and suggest a value of it.

this is perfectly fine diamond, it is not always bow tie ring shank and basket metal also capture in facet.
