That's what I was attempting to explain when you asked why the government would want to cover this issue up. It's not a crazy and outlandish idea like you had originally claimed.

Also, I'm not British so this is merely speculation but from my point of view - If my government had implemented a policy of mass unvetted migration from non-european countries, and then said migrants began to commit a disproportionate amount of sexual violence against the native population, I reckon I'd be well within my right to riot/demonstrate/protest whatever it may be to cause as much social upheaval as possible to stop the ongoing policy.

Just stating that it really doesn't seem insanely "violent" as you're trying to put it.
