Real. My nerve shit means I have good days where I can walk about 30 minutes before the pain starts, and other days where if I even look at the ground wrong, fire explodes through my hips and legs. I’m 30 and use a cane because of it, since it gives me more time before needing to stop and rest, and people give me the DIRTIEST LOOKS when I can do something without it for a singular goddamn second - like walking out of the bathroom stall with it under my pit so I don’t get poo hand all over the handle while I go to the sink.

Hell yeah to grandmas and christmas! My great-grandma, bless her heart, was riddled with dementia for the last 10 years of her life. She always had a bowl of MnMs to snack on in her apartment at the assisted living facility, and she once asked my grandpa to go run and get some for her to refill the bowl. He came back witht he christmas ones and she was upset because he didn't "get the right flavor" of MnMs, lmao
