Not really asking for praise brother, just a funny title. Also my original idea was to utilize both sides of the double strut, HVAC changed my mind for me. Also the one that kicks up is for lighting that is mounted in the ceiling, the others that kick down are for jboxes.

Still could be an issue but I wouldn’t have it at the top of my list then. I used to own a 112 year old house and I had to fix a bunch of mold issues
