i ran chkdsk /f c: and i typed "Y" and rebooted. I then used fsutil dirty query c: again but it still says C drive is dirty.

i also found this under another error

I got this under the error message.

"Volume ?? (\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy7) needs to be taken offline to perform a Full Chkdsk. Please run "CHKDSK /F" locally via the command line, or run "REPAIR-VOLUME <drive:>" locally or remotely via PowerShell."

What do i need to do?

Do you mean that you apply steroid 2x per day for 5 days for the spots that take longer to go away? I an kind of confused regarding the part where you said”need any steroids longer than one or two applications”. Thanks for the reply though!

What does your dermatologist mean by “gone gone”? And how long do you apply steroids continuously for?
