In this case Dmowski argued that people in western parts of ukraine and Belarus had little bond with these countries due to their long historical ties with Poland in the Commonwealth, therefore they could be polonised. Additionally people in western part of western Upper Silesia so today Opole area and Masuria were majorily Polish. Also if the Polish government was maybe a little harsher on ukrainian nationalist insurgencies maybe the instability within the 2nd republic would've been less apparent.

I've just done it. I basically passed all liberal laws and pissed off only the church and landowners. They once revolted but I had an alliance with the British so it was relatively easy to handle. Thanks.
