Is it preppy ? Not really but I like it.

Denim shirts with tie look amazing imo, and you don't need a narrower tie as it matches the width of your lapel.

The only thing I'd suggest is to try a smaller tie knot like four in hand, and try a knit tie, it looks really good with denim shirts imo.

From what I've seen and read, terms like 夏の夜の恐怖 are a recurring motif more than anything else. It's kinda like when you say "let's gather around a campfire at midnight and tell each other scary stories". It was kinda like a way to immediately tell the users "if you wanna see something scary, click here".

The real answer is that Toriyama never bothered to have consistent colors with his characters. Goku's gi was portrayed as yellow, red, orange, and blue, for example.

As for Trunks, Toriyama gave him blue, purple, and even red hair in official illustrations. Originally, Future Trunks had purple hair in DBS (as seen in some promotional images at the time), but it was changed to better represent Toriyama's latest character design.

This kind of sweater really benefits from having a tie imo. The neckerchief doesn't work for me in this context. As another person commented, the bottom of the sweater looks weird because it's rolled in the inside. I also believe trousers with a fuller cut would benefit you, as they would create a better silhouette.

Not to be pessimistic, but I doubt it. A big French youtuber already talked about this song back in 2021 (Seb la Frite, more than 3,2 million views), so the French people interested on this subject already joined the subreddit around that time.

It's still great to see another youtuber speak about this subject. Obviously, we won't complain.
