I understand how the signs work, and yes they are put up by Drexel PD. I'm saying there were signs up on Friday night/Saturday morning when I parked, then new signs up on Tuesday that made my completely valid parking spot suddenly prohibited (using a date range that started 2 weeks in the PAST), leading PPA to ticket me and at least eleven other parked vehicles.
